ARCH 321 - Southern German Baroque

Welcome to the Southern German Baroque course class website!

This course uses a blended or hybrid instructional format, which means that you will have to

  • meet in a physical classroom at regularly scheduled times to interact with your instructor and peers for listening to a lecture, participating in discussions, to take quizzes, and to make presentations

  • "meet" at this class website at your own time within a scheduled time frame/windows for browsing a lecture, "participating" in discussions, taking quizzes, and making presentations.

When navigating this class website, you will find

  • a course summary page (what is this course about?)

  • instructor pages (who is my instructor, how do I get in touch with my instructor?)

  • class pages (what does the syllabus & schedule look like, what kind of and how many assignments, what are dates, requirements, and content of class discussions?)

  • student pages (what should my profile look like, what assignments do I post?)

As we proceed through the semester, you will find

  • dates and times for online meetings on the Syllabus & Schedule page

  • scope, format, and submission details for online tasks, assignments, and assessments on the Assignments page

  • announcements regarding specific online meetings on the DISCUSSIONS page of this website.

In order to meet the requirements for online attendance and participation, you will have to follow procedures and submit responses as specified in the instructions for a given online session (see Class Policies for more information).

Please make sure to familiarize yourself with this website by navigating the various pages and exploring the content of each page.
